Whilst there are many people at games, it is those that come under the control of clubs that are able to set good examples for young players and spectators and that the Club can reasonably have an expectation of.
In particular, the Wildcats have high expectations of our Club being well presented to match and opposing club officials through good conduct. Central to this is the demeanour of the coach and team officials. They set the tone for players and often spectator behaviour, through their example of good attitudes toward umpires and the opposition.
Demonstrations of frustration permeate through the team so the coach and team officials are expected to curtail or limit emotional demonstrations which set a poor example, particularly for young and impressionable players.
The Wildcats will take a dim view of any player, official or supporter that behaves in an anti social manner and will take action within our authority to eliminate this type of behaviour from our fields.
